I lost my last season in college basketball due to an injury.  It's not exactly the same.  I know what it's like to lose something you love.  I also know how to teach athletes how to navigate through disappointment and find joy and hope again.

This program is geared for High School, College and Adults athletes.  Mature middle school athletes are welcome to participate. 

Coaches and parent may find the program valuable as well. 

You may request a refund after week 1 and before week 2 begins.  We will issue a full refund minus the credit card fees that we are charged and are unable to recoup. 

All sessions will be recorded.  The recording will be posted in our members portal within 24 hours of the class. 

Participants will learn proven mental skills techniques that when applied and practiced allows athletes to compete more relaxed and with greater confidence. 

Participants will also learn coping strategies during the covid 19 - a time when competitive sports have been shut down.
