Welcome to the Athlete Meditation Program.  Take a peak at the welcome video for some additional information.  You will receive a welcome email - will all of this information.  If you do not see it, check your spam folder and then add my email to your list. 

 

You physically train hard.  This program will give you the tools to begin your journey into mindfulness. 

Athlete Meditations were developed with today's athlete in mind.  There are three meditation.

Letting Go

The letting go mediation is just over 5 minutes. When we are feeling stressed, we can sense it both physically and mentally.

This mediation is about learning how to let go of stress by using your body.

Calm

The calm mediation is about 12 minutes.

It is ideal for the student-athlete who is working to balance the expectations of school and sport who wants to learn to manage stress and be more relaxed. 
This mediation will help you to unwind and help you to disconnect for a few minutes from your noisy mind so you can feel more calm.

  • So you can enjoy being you.

Best Self

The best self meditation is about 10 minutes.

It is ideal for the athlete who wants to release stress and relax into the present moment.

Learn to step away from the busyness of your current world. 
Relax your body. Relax your mind. Find your best self.

You want to be the best athlete you can be. You may feel anxiety about your sport and juggling the rest of your life.
